Our Training Programs
At AABA, we don’t just train players—we build champions! Our courses are designed for every level, from first-time shuttlers to elite athletes chasing international glory. Choose your level and step onto the path to success!

Basic
- An introduction to badminton principles, emphasizing essential skills and methods
- First-time players
- Three-day-per-week sessions
Ages 6–8

Higher Basic
- Putting more emphasis on coordination and game comprehension while building on core abilities
- Participated in Basic Batch for 1 year
- Five Days a Week
Ages 8–10

Intermediate
- improving fundamental skills while putting more emphasis on footwork, strokes, and game strategies
- Participated in Higher Basic for 1 year
- Had 1 on-court session every week six times
Ages 10 to 15

Semi Advanced
- preparing players for competitive play by honing skills and introducing sophisticated strategies
- 1 year of Higher Basic experience
- State Level players
- 6 days a week of on-court and off-court sessions
Ages 13 to 17

Intermediate
- Advanced training that emphasizes high-level abilities, physical conditioning, and tactical awareness
- Participated in Higher Basic for 1 year
- Takes place on and off court six days a week
Ages 17 to 19

Professional
- elite training for competitive athletes that focuses on peak performance, sophisticated strategies, and tournament preparation
- Participants in national and international tournaments |
- Six days a week of on-court and off-court sessions
Aged 19 & up
